Founded in 1948, the Patina Restaurant Group has about 60 locations in the US. They are primarily in California, New York and Florida, including such landmark locations as the Lincoln Center Metropolitan Opera House, Chef Street in Macy's Herald Square and Tutto Italia Ristorante in Walt Disney World among others.
