The Wall Street Journal is reporting that three executives have signaled their "intention to resign" from Beam Inc. in the wake of the Suntory Holdings acquisition. Bill Newlands, president of the North American region and cfo Bob Probst will resign effective May 31, and corporate controller Leo Mierzwicki is resigning as of July 10.
