The wholesale tier is facing greater challenges today than ever before, WSWA chief Craig Wolf said during the annual WSWA convention last week. The list of challenges range from the specific--loss of the 5011 tax credit and Last In, First Out accounting method--to more broad threats, such as challenges to Tied House and interstate shipping laws, suppliers expanding their retail sales privileges and self-distribution models, and the growth of the marijuana movement.
