Earlier this week, Pennsylvania, the second largest control state in the US, took a momentous step in loosening its alcohol laws in passing HB 1690 [see WSD 06-08-2016]. There are still a lot of questions and varying interpretations on the new legislation, but for today, we'll take a look at some of the more obvious changes we can expect to see in the Keystone state.
