Like some of its peers, the New Hampshire Liquor Commission controls the wholesale and retail operations in the state, but this liquor commission is unusually proactive in capitalizing on category trends and best practices. In fact, it thinks of itself as a big liquor store chain, edging close to $700 million in wine and spirits sales in fiscal 2016.
