Today we're continuing our coverage of the Wal-mart v. Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) bench trial about the constitutionality of TABC code that bars the retailer from selling spirits. We previously reported on Wal-mart's intentions for Texas [see WSD 06-05-2017], but subsequent days of testimony presented a picture of why the retailer should not get its way.
