Treasury Wine Estates has chosen former Kraft Foods and Coca-Cola executive, Michael Clarke as its new chief, following David Dearie's departure in September. Taking his position in March, Michael joins the company at a time when it is under intense scrutiny from investors and shareholders (see WSD 02-03-2014).
