After nearly a decade of discussion, The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) is one step closer to allowing the use of Serving Facts on labels. Yesterday TTB issued guidance to the industry on the voluntary display of Serving Facts, which at this point are still pending a final ruling.
