The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) is moving full steam ahead in cracking down on pay-to-play operations across the country, making good on promises made last year. This week the agency launched its second large-scale trade practice enforcement operation this year, and this time its magnifying glass is on Illinois.
