You may recall Trinchero Family Estates, a leading wine company with brands such a Menage a Trois and Sutter Home, entered the spirits business in July 2012 when it purchased Cruz tequila (see WSD 07-24-2012). Today the company has announced the launch of its third spirit brand, Sugar Island rum.
