You may recall, WSD signaled in March that there was trouble brewing in the craft distilling community after Craft Distillers Inc. filed a lawsuit against American Craft Distillers Association (ACDA) over the trademarked term "Craft Distillers " (see WSD 03-17-2014). However, it looks like the feud has petered out as both parties have voluntarily dismissed their respective lawsuits.
