You may recall, Oregon grocers are taking up the privatization mantle again this year. Late last week, the Oregon Supreme Court green lit the title for a 2016 ballot initiative. The title certification allows supporters to begin collecting the 88,000 signatures they will need by July to get so-called Initiative 71 on the ballot in November.
