You may recall, Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE) and Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) are tied up in a trademark infringement suit over the use of the word "Stag" on a wine label. Following TWE's motion to dismiss last month, SMWE has issued a hefty response, including letters of support from other Stags Leap District groups.
