The Illinois Liquor Control Commission (ILCC) is clamping down on out-of-state businesses they claim are illegally shipping wine into the state. The agency says it sent over 100 cease and desist letters to retailers, wineries and fulfillment houses this month stating that they have evidence these entities are shipping beverage alcohol into Illinois without a license, reports ShipCompliant.
