You may recall, last week the Kentucky Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control and The Party Source retail store filed requests for a stay of motion in the Kentucky court case where a US district judge ruled that a state law forbidding certain grocery stores and gas stations from selling wine and spirits was unconstitutional.
