SPI Group subsidiary Amber Beverage Group has acquired a "significant" stake in Fabrica de Tequilas Finos, a spirits production company based in Tequila, Mexico. Amber is based in the Baltics, and believes the acquisition will help it expand distribution in the US and Central and South America.
