Last week WSD reported that a New York Federal judge had declined to dismiss Sidney Frank Importing Co.'s (SFIC) breach of contract lawsuit against Beam [see WSD 02-21-2014 ] where it is seeking $100 million in damages. In light of the decision, SFIC chief Lee Einsidler tells WSD they are pleased, although not surprised by the judge's decision.
