California federal judge Jeffrey Miller has denied a motion for summary judgement in two separate cases against Fifth Generation, owner of Tito's Handmade Vodka. The cases -- one filed by Gary Hofmann, the other by Marc Cabrera -- are the same two cases Judge Miller declined to combine last month [see WSD 10-30-2015]. Recall, both plaintiffs allege Tito's falsely represented the vodka as a handmade product when it is made through the use of "a highly-mechanized process that is devoid of human hands."
