Rob Sands Talks M&A Strategy

Along with the announcement that it would purchase The Prisoner Wine Company brands from Huneeus Vintners, Constellation delivered its full year results for fiscal 2016 this morning. Constellation's net sales were up 9% to $6.5 billion for the year, which ceo Rob Sands partially attributes to "acquisition benefits," i.e. Meiomi and Ballast Point, and the momentum of the beer division.
