The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board has battled with negative press in recent months as politicians push for privatization in the state. Its wine kiosk program has perhaps taken the biggest beating after it was temporarily shutdown during the holidays due to malfunctioning, which ultimately caused Wegman's to drop out of the program.
