Pernod Ricard has initiated a distributor change in Wisconsin, but it's current distributor, Saratoga Liquor Co., isn't making it easy since Wisconsin is a franchise state. To get out of its contract--and avoid a lawsuit later--Pernod has asked the District Court of the Western District of Wisconsin to weigh in on the matter.
