Continuing its positive momentum from last quarter, Pernod Ricard's US sales increased by 5% in the first half ended December 31 [see WSD 10-20-2016]. Pernod chairman and chief Alexandre Ricard said on this morning's earnings call that it was "a strong first half perfectly in line with the outlook we provided to you in September."
