Pennsylvania LCB Giving In-House Brands “Top-Priority Treatment”

You may recall the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board launched an internal investigation into eight controversial agency-owned private wine and spirits brands in October. LCB chief executive Joe Conti previously claimed he was "99% sure" the LCB did not spend any money to promote the agency-owned brands. It turns out the LCB spent about 10% of its advertising budget (nearly $500,000) on its brands, reports the Tribune-Review.
