We'll admit, we're a little surprised to be reporting that the Pennsylvania House of Representatives passed a privatization bill (HB 790) yesterday with a 105-90 favoring vote. Privatization supporters have tried for many years, but this is the first time in Pennsylvania history a privatization bill has passed through either of the state chambers. The passage was a result of seven hours of debating, reports the Philadelphia Inquirer.
