Esprit du Vin Fine Wine Merchants, owned by the Taub Family, has announced an agreement to acquire Pasternak Wine Imports from Domaines Barons de Rothschild (DBR), effective January 1, 2017. The sale allows DBR to focus its energy on being a producer and supplier by transferring the import operations.
