On-Premise Low Down

Wine and spirit execs alike have generally agreed in recent months that the on-premise is slowly getting better. So we turned to on-premise guru David Henkes of research firm Technomic Inc. for more color on the subject. Although they are still crunching the numbers, Technomic estimates that dollar sales for the entire beverage alcohol category will be up about 2.3% at the on-premise for 2011 "from a consumer spending perspective."
