The Simon Hospitality Group (SHG) was established in 2013 by restaurant industry veterans Cory Harwell and celebrity chef Kerry Simon. Kerry, also known as the "Rock 'n Roll Chef," has opened and worked at dozens of restaurants and even won the title of Iron Chef in 2005. Cory and Kerry pooled their decades of experience to create SHG. The group operates Carson Kitchen in Vegas, Chuck's in Chicago, Simon Mansion in Punta Cana, and more recently opened the Standard & Pour (S&P) restaurant near Vegas.
