Omni Drives Sales with Local Color

Over a year ago Omni Hotels & Resorts' started thinking of ways to revitalize its drinks menu. The word "local" came to mind, which is a popular trend these days but it is also part of Omni's larger hotel strategy. Every hotel within their portfolio is meant to be an authentic representation of the city it is in - they call it "local color." So they applied the same philosophy to a new category in their cocktail menu called "Homegrown." It stands in addition to Omni's other cocktail, wine and beer offerings.
