In the alcohol world Ohio holds a pretty high spot on the list of states with a thriving craft beer industry. The buckeye state is ranked 12th in the nation based on number of craft breweries - of which they have 58. It is precisely this vibrant craft beer industry in Ohio that inspired two serial entrepreneurs Dave Rigo and Greg Lehman to imagine building a craft distilling culture there. In 2010 Greg and Dave began Watershed Distillery in Cleveland where in a few years they would gain notoriety for their Four Peels American style gin and small batch bourbon.
