Non-Russian Spirits take Advantage of Stoli Boycott

You'll recall our coverage yesterday of a movement among the US LGBT community to boycott Russian vodkas, particularly Stolichnaya (see WSD 07-29-2013 ). Non-Russian spirits brands are already positioning themselves to benefit from Stoli's misfortune. Campari's Skyy Vodka, for example, has posted a new twitter ad that reads "Cheers to Equality" with a Skyy bottle in front of an American flag. Along with the ad the company tweeted: "Skyy Vodka is American made, and made for everyone. Show your support for equality in every country. "
