Coming off the heels of an underwhelming performance in the US last year, Diageo is making some big changes in the crucial market. Diageo's new head of North America Deirdre Mahlan had officially been in the role three whole days when she presented the plans for a new and improved US unit of Diageo during its 2015 Investor Conference in New York yesterday.
