After several months of respite, all eyes are back on Missouri this week as the case of Major Brands v. Diageo and Glazer's heads to trial in Missouri Circuit Court. The final hearing will determine whether Diageo owes damages, who you'll recall was indemnified by Glazer's - meaning Glazer's will have to pay up if the case in decided in Major Brands' favor.
