Something is amiss in Missouri. Major Brands Inc., one of the largest distributors in the state, is involved in lawsuits with three of its largest suppliers: Pernod Ricard, Bacardi and Diageo. You may recall our coverage of the Pernod suit in January, while Diageo and Bacardi just filed lawsuit this week seeking to end their distribution agreements with Major Brands.
