Missouri-based drinks company Luxco has acquired a 50% stake in Kentucky's Limestone Branch Distillery for an undisclosed amount. Under the new joint venture, Luxco, who has been on the hunt for a craft bourbon for some time, will be the administrative and sales arm for Limestone Branch Distillery in select markets while Luxco will transfer the production of its Yellowstone bourbon to Limestone's distillery.
