Liquor Stores North America (LSNA) has the bulk of its stores in Canada, but you may have noticed the retailer has been inching its way into the US in recent years through both acquisitions and new store locations. LSNA now has 22 stores in Alaska, 15 in Kentucky, two in New Jersey, and one on the way in Connecticut and in Massachusetts, respectively. Your editor recently sat down with LSNA's US COO Steve Rop to discuss the plans for US expansion and discerning between a fad and trend, among numerous other things.
