After a lot of rumor circulation, Casamigos Tequila founders, George Clooney, Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman, decided it was "time to take importing in house" with the creation of Casamigos Spirits Company. The new company will be headed by former Sidney Frank Importing Co. chief Lee Einsidler, Casamigos confirms to WSD.
