You may recall in August 2012 a US district court judge declared Kentucky's long-standing law forbidding certain grocery stores and gas stations from selling wine and spirits unconstitutional (see WSD 08-15-2012). Today news surfaced that the case will go to the sixth circuit federal appeals court in Cincinnati, a widely expected move.
