Earlier this week US District Judge Lucy Koh dismissed a class action lawsuit filed by California retailers against Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. The lawsuit alleged fraud, unfair competition among other violations of state and federal alcohol laws, but the case is closed after more than a year of back and forth in court and four versions of the complaint.
