Jackson Family Wines (JFW) has reached an agreement to purchase Penner-Ash Wine Cellars in Oregon's Willamette Valley from owners and founders Lynn and Ron Penner-Ash. JFW will focus its efforts on providing enhanced sales, marketing, distribution and back-office administrative support, per a release.
