It is Starting to Look More like 2007
Are we there yet? Almost, said Nielsen's Danny Brager during one of the breakout sessions at NABCA's annual conference last week. The wine and spirits industries are beginning to look more like they did back in 2007 before the recession, but that is largely due to discounting and new product entries. Moral of the story? We still have a ways to go. Here is what Danny had to say:
