The family members who run Heidelberg Distributing, the 14th largest alcohol distributors in the US, have been involved in a legal dispute over the future of the company for much of 2015. A trial is scheduled for September 21, but yesterday a hearing in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas revealed the source of the clash.
