Last week we covered Republic National Distributing Company's side of the criminal investigation into the alleged liquor smuggling charges in Maryland through its motion to dismiss documents [see WSD 08-16-2016]. This week the Government, represented by Office of the US Attorney, has answered the call for dismissal by "respectfully" opposing the motion and providing more insight from its point of view.
