Glazer's, Wirtz Beverage and Charmer Sunbelt Group are launching a joint "exploratory effort to gauge best practices and efficiency opportunities related to back office operations." The operating areas to be analyzed will be Finance, Human Resources, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement and Share Services.
