Freixenet, Spain's largest sparkling wine maker and leading cava brand, may have received a buyout offer, reports Reuters. Freixenet has 18 wineries across three continents and its portfolio includes namesake Freixenet cava, Gloria Ferrer, Segura Viudas and Ferrer Family Wines among others.
