You may have noticed in recent headlines that the New York State Liquor Authority (NYSLA) is stepping up enforcement activity. Besides having implications for a number of wholesalers and suppliers with a national footprint, it seems to be part of a larger effort by some state agencies and the TTB to crack down on alleged illegal activity by industry members.
