TSG Consumer Partners subsidiary Duckhorn Wine Co. has acquired highly acclaimed Calera Wine Co. in California's Central Coast. The sale includes the winery, tasting room, inventory and Calera's estate vineyards: Selleck, Jensen, Reed, Mills, Ryan and de Villiers in the Mt. Harlan AVA, totaling about 85 acres. No transaction details were disclosed.
