Domaine Select Wine Estates has inked a new deal with Miami-based private equity group Walden Capital Management. The terms have not been disclosed, but as a part of the deal, the company has been renamed Domaine Select Wine & Spirits. A release from the company indicates that Walden brings both capital and management expertise to the partnership.
