You may recall, we reported in June that the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) dropped its investigation into whether Diageo violated the state's Storage Statute [see WSD 06-11-2014]. Because the two parties failed to cooperate in order to move forward, the judge has been forced to intervene once again.
