Diageo has made a number of organizational changes following the announcement that Larry Schwartz, president North America will retire by the end of this calendar year. The big announcement is that Deirdre Mahlan, currently cfo, has been appointed president Diageo North America. Her replacement will be announced in due course and until that time she will continue in her current role as cfo of Diageo.
