Scotch Whisky distiller Edrington Group has announced it intends to invest approximately $30 million in growing the Cutty Sark brand over the next five years. Cutty Sark has been on a downward slide for several years, but you may recall Edrington recently announced that it grew US sales for the first time in 25 years during the company's first half (to September 30).
